To obtain quotes for artwork you would like to order, you may contact us by phone, mail, email, fax, or by yelling really, really loud. But first, we need to know a few things.

1. What is the object you have that needs some excitement? We paint on just about anything including many, many items that are not on our site. Just ask.
2. What is the condition of said object? If is a car or motorcycle we need to know if there is body work that needs to be done or if you have ordered bare metal parts, this is also very important.
3. What is your expected timeframe of completion? We here at AirbrushGuy are ALWAYS booked in advance. Be prepared for this wait. The average is 4-6 weeks, but in the spring and summer this is often extended significantly. Make plans early to avoid this.
4. What do you want on the object? Be as specific as possible. It is great if you send along photos, drawings or other renderings that are similar to the look you are trying to achieve. This helps in communicating the idea via the internet.

Communication is our number one goal. We promise to keep you informed of the status of your project at any time. We answer emails promptly and will be happy to send you photos of the finished product prior to requesting payment.

We work on a first come-first serve basis. Your object to be painted-OR-a deposit of 50% of the total quote will reserve your spot on our calendar.

Payment in full is expected prior to delivery of the final product. Shipping is not included in the artwork quote. We ship using a variety of carriers and would be happy to use the carrier of your choice. We accept personal checks, money order or Paypal. Credit card payments can be made by Paypal and if you are not familiar with this procedure we can assist.

If we provide you with a quote and then something happens to make the project larger and more complex than expected, no worries. We will stick to the quoted price and you do not need to fear rising prices. We will absorb any unexpected expenses associated with miscalculations on our part. This is with the understanding that the design work does not change from the time of the job quote.
